John 3:16

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son,
that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jesus said:
"I am the way, the truth, and the life:
no man cometh unto the Father, but by me".
(John 14:6)
Are you Dear Reader:

Troubled by issues unmentioned here?

You may not have told anyone about your problem/s, or prayed about them:
However. there is someone who knows all about you, your circumstances and problems:
Your creator, Father God.

The way to Him is through His son Jesus who, totally obedient and totally innocent,
i.e. sinless, and therefore the only one good enough to pay the price of sin,
who laid down His life for us on the cross at Calvary.
By His crucifixion, Jesus became sin for us,
i.e. He took all our sin on Himself, thereby paying the price for us with His precious blood that was shed.
His Father then raised His Son from the dead:

He knows our needs, but He has given all of us free will to choose Him
as God does not want robots and does not enslave us.
Satan and sin enslaves us.
It is vital that we come to Him daily in prayer and tell Him these needs:
This prayer-time with the Lord should eventually become a time of what I like to call PTA:
PRAISE, THANKS and REQUESTS:
THE FEAR OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM

Psalm 111:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.

Proverbs 1:7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Fear in this context is a mixture of reverence, awe and respect of Father God
who sees and hears all that we do:
Furthermore Dear Reader:
My experience, and that of millions of other Christians,
before giving our life to the Lord was that I treated God like a fire engine.

I only called on God in desperation, to rescue me from dire, urgent situations in which I found myself,
only after trying to sort things out myself,
and often having made matters worse than they were initially.

Eventually, after quite of few years of 'calling God to put out my emergency',
having accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour of my life,
I learned to go to Jesus daily, regularly to talk to Him in prayer.

You know, it's like the huge
difference in difficulty between going to someone or a neighbour one doesn't know well, to ask for a favour or help
and the ease of going to a well known neighbour, friend or relative and asking for help.

Who better then than our Creator
who knew us even before we were in our mother's womb, Father God,
through Jesus Christ His son.

Some people can be put off or panicked by the term 'Father':
This is usually because their father may have been a difficulty in their life:
But it should be remembered that no one is perfect and we have all fallen short of the mark of perfection.
Also, it is important to know that Father God is the perfect father and loves us His children perfectly:
He is not willing that any of us should perish see John 3:16 above.
This refers to the fact that after death there is an afterlife:
It is either eternal life away from Father God, in Hell,
or eternal life with Father God in Heaven.
Jesus said:
Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life:
he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:

John 11:25
Once we choose to follow Him, through a personal relationship with His son Jesus Christ, we are enabled in finding out God's will and direction in which we should go to fulfil His perfect plans for us.

Some of the above problems are the result of not knowing Jesus as Lord and Saviour of our life and without His headship we make poor decisions: Through wrong-thinking mistakes result which can impact negatively not only on our life's circumstances but our mental and physical health, family and other relationships, restricting ability to cope with life.

However, ALL of the above problems and ALL OTHER PROBLEMS can be overcome through Jesus Christ.

THE ONLY THING THAT GOD CANNOT DO IS FAIL!
He is the master of ALL circumstances.
God is the Creator of the world, us His precious children and all that is in it:
Philipians 4:6-7

6 Be careful for nothing;
but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving
let your requests be made known unto God.

7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding,
shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Why Pray?

Christians pray to Jesus because with Him it's personal. He wants to have personal relationship with us.
There is always time and reason for prayer, just to say at least ‘Hello’ or ‘Thanks’:
Prayer is our hotline to Father God, through Jesus Christ is Son.

When to pray? Daily - Anytime, anyplace, anywhere!

Yes you do have time: How much time is spent on the mobile, telephone, watching television, Face-booking relatives and friends, Twitter, or pursuing our pleasures etc?

Too busy with family and work and or too tired?
Who blessed with you a family, who gave you the ability to work and the strength to do so,
who woke you up this today - many didn't awake today?

There is always time and reason for prayer, just to say ‘Hello’ or ‘Thanks’:
Prayer is our hotline to Father God! Daily - Anytime, anyplace, anywhere!
God imbued mankind with freewill: He does not want robots:
Once we choose to follow Him, through a personal relationship with His son Jesus Christ,
we are enabled to find out God's will and direction in which we should go to fulfil His perfect plans for us.

Many of the above examples of problems are the result of not knowing Jesus as Lord and Saviour of our life.
Without His headship we make poor decisions: Through wrong-thinking, mistakes can result which impact negatively and often severely
not only on our life's circumstances, but our mental and physical health, family and personal relationships.
This results in living a life less than that which God planned for us.
Our potential becomes unfulfilled.

All of nature testifies to God's creation.
God created mankind and it is His breath of life that is within us:

Genesis 1:26
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Therefore we cannot know everything and need guidance and help to live life the correct and best possible way, including dealing with life's difficulties. This can only be achieved by living according to God's rules:

Yes, there are self-help books, but to really live and be able to cope with and overcome life's troubles, it is to our Creator to whom we should turn in the first instance. He is the perfect Father and is not willing that any of us, His children, should be eternally lost, in Hell away from Him after we physically die.

His Son Jesus Christ, has a place prepared for us:
John 14
1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.

2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you.
I go to prepare a place for you.

3 And if I go and prepare a place for you,
I will come again, and receive you unto myself;
that where I am, there ye may be also.
Luke 19:10

10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.
Jesus Told The Parable of The Lost Sheep

Luke 15:3-7
3 And he spake this parable unto them, saying,

4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them,
doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?

5 And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

6 And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours,
saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost.

7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth,
more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

There is a popular saying put on wall plaques and embroidery samplers as a reminder for display in the home which says:

'Christ is the head of the home, the unseen guest of every meal, the silent listener to every conversation.'

Let us read God's word in Hebrews 4:12-13, comparing 'The Unseen Guest' prose with verse 13:

Hebrews:
12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow,
and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight:
but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
Hebrews 13:5 (KJV)

5 Let your conversation be without covetousness;
and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said,
I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

From this I undertand that:

1. We are never alone.

2. Our speech, conversation and behaviour should be appropriate at all times,
befitting the presence of God's son Jesus Christ, who is the Lord and Saviour of the world.

If that sounds extreme and restrictive, perhaps thinking of it in this context will help:

At a job interview, one dresses in one's appropriate best, does not use profane language,
i.e. swear words, does not insult the interviewer, is polite and is very aware of their presence.

Other scenario examples could be say at court, whether in the dock or jury,
at a Parents/Teachers meeting or any place where there are people in authority over you.

Unflinchingly for the most part, most of us will show respect to those people:
Even though these peoples' character or private lives may greatly lack the expected virtues
or morality associated as being necessary to carry out their jobs effectively:

More so then we should we be respectful of Jesus Christ,
the only sinless one, the only perfect role model.
